전세사기피해자 지원 및 주거안정에 관한 특별법 제31조(비밀준수 의무)

① 제12조부터 제14조까지, 제15조, 제15조의2 및 제16조에 따른 업무에 종사하거나 종사하였던 자는 제공받은 자료 및 정보를 이 법에서 정한 목적 외의 다른 용도로 사용하거나 다른 사람 또는 기관에 제공하거나 누설하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2024.9.10>

② 위원회의 위원 또는 위원이었던 자, 제13조에 따른 조사 또는 제14조제4항에 따른 추가 조사(제15조제3항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 참여하거나 업무를 수행한 전문가 또는 민간단체와 그 관계자는 직무상 비밀을 누설하거나 직무수행 이외의 목적을 위하여 이용하여서는 아니 된다.
