건축법 시행령 제119조의11(고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 119-11 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)
국토교통부장관(법 제82조에 따라 국토교통부장관의 권한을 위임받거나 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다), 시ㆍ도지사, 시장, 군수, 구청장(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2021.1.8>
Where unavoidable for performing the following affairs, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (including persons to whom the authority of the Minister has been delegated or work has been entrusted under Article 82 of the Act), Mayors/Do Governors, and the heads of Si, Gun, or Gu (including persons to whom the relevant authority has been delegated or entrusted, where it has been delegated or entrusted) may process data containing resident registration numbers or alien registration numbers under Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. 법 제11조에 따른 건축허가에 관한 사무
1. Affairs concerning building permits under Article 11 of the Act;
2. 법 제14조에 따른 건축신고에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning building reports under Article 14 of the Act;
3. 법 제16조에 따른 허가와 신고사항의 변경에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning changes to permitted and reported matters under Article 16 of the Act;
4. 법 제19조에 따른 용도변경에 관한 사무
4. Affairs concerning changes of use under Article 19 of the Act;
5. 법 제20조에 따른 가설건축물의 건축허가 또는 축조신고에 관한 사무
5. Affairs concerning building permits or reports on the building of temporary buildings under Article 20 of the Act;
6. 법 제21조에 따른 착공신고에 관한 사무
6. Affairs concerning reports on commencement of construction under Article 21 of the Act;
7. 법 제22조에 따른 건축물의 사용승인에 관한 사무
7. Affairs concerning use approval of buildings under Article 22 of the Act;
8. 법 제31조에 따른 건축행정 전산화에 관한 사무
8. Affairs concerning the computerization of building administration under Article 31 of the Act;
9. 법 제32조에 따른 건축허가 업무 등의 전산처리에 관한 사무
9. Affairs concerning the electronic processing of building permit work, etc. under Article 32 of the Act;
10. 법 제33조에 따른 전산자료의 이용자에 대한 지도ㆍ감독에 관한 사무
10. Affairs concerning the guidance and supervision of users of computerized data under Article 33 of the Act;

13. 법 제71조제2항 및 이 영 제107조의2에 따른 특별건축구역의 지정 제안에 관한 사무
13. Affairs concerning proposals for the designation of special building zones under Article 71 (2) of the Act and Article 107-2 of this Decree.
