도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제97조(고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Article 97 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)
시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다) 또는 사업시행자는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
Where unavoidable to perform the following affairs, a Mayor/Do Governor, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu (including a person to whom the relevant authority has been delegated or entrusted), or a project implementer may process data containing resident registration numbers or alien registration numbers under Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. 법 제31조에 따른 추진위원회 구성 승인에 관한 사무
1. Affairs concerning approval of the formation of promotion committees under Article 31 of the Act;
2. 법 제36조에 따른 토지등소유자의 동의방법 등의 업무를 위한 토지등소유자의 자격 확인에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning verifying the qualifications of owners of land, etc. for work such as the methods of consent of owners of land, etc. under Article 36 of the Act;
3. 법 제39조에 따른 조합원의 자격 확인에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning verifying the qualifications of association members under Article 39 of the Act;
4. 법 제42조에 따른 조합임원의 겸임 확인을 위한 사무
4. Affairs for verifying concurrent holding of positions by association officers under Article 42 of the Act;
