1. 제62조(제86조의15에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제63조(제86조의15에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 및 제86조의6을 위반하여 기금법인 또는 공동기금법인을 운영한 이사

2. 제67조(제86조의15에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 기금법인 또는 공동기금법인의 부동산 소유 금지를 위반한 기금법인의 이사 및 해당 사업의 사용자 또는 공동기금법인의 이사
