국적법 시행령 제30조(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)

①법무부장관(제29조에 따라 법무부장관의 권한을 위임받은 자를 포함한다) 또는 청장등은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 사상ㆍ신념, 정치적 견해, 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제18조제1호 또는 제2호에 따른 유전정보 또는 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보, 같은 영 제19조제1호ㆍ제2호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2014.8.6, 2018.5.8, 2022.12.20>

③ 법 제14조의5에 따라 복수국적자에 관한 통보를 하거나 법 제16조제2항에 따라 국적상실자 통보를 하는 공무원은 그 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호, 제2호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <신설 2014.8.6, 2022.12.20>
