Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act, Article 65 (Delegation of Authority)
식품의약품안전처장은 법 제91조에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 지방식품의약품안전청장에게 위임한다. <개정 2011.12.19, 2013.3.23, 2013.12.30, 2014.1.28, 2014.11.28, 2016.1.22, 2017.12.12, 2018.5.15, 2022.7.19, 2024.12.31>
Under Article 91 of the Act, the Minister of Food and Drug Safety delegates the following authority to the Directors of Regional Offices of Food and Drug Safety:
1. 법 제31조의3제1항 후단에 따른 확인검사 요청 사실 보고의 접수(제21조제1호의 식품제조ㆍ가공업 중 「주세법」에 따른 주류를 제조ㆍ가공하는 영업자의 보고에 관한 권한으로 한정한다)
1. Receiving reports on requests for confirmatory inspections under the latter part of Article 31-3 (1) of the Act (limited to the authority concerning reports by business operators who manufacture or process alcoholic beverages under the Liquor Tax Act, among food manufacturing and processing businesses under subparagraph 1 of Article 21);

7. 법 제46조의2제1항에 따른 오염사고의 보고 및 같은 조 제2항에 따른 현장조사
7. Reports on contamination incidents under Article 46-2 (1) of the Act and on-site investigations under paragraph (2) of the same Article;
8. 법 제48조제8항에 따른 식품안전관리인증기준적용업소에 대한 조사ㆍ평가 및 인증취소 또는 시정명령
8. Investigation and evaluation of HACCP-certified establishments, and revocation of certification or corrective orders, under Article 48 (8) of the Act;
8의2. 법 제49조제1항 및 제3항에 따른 식품이력추적관리 등록 및 변경신고
8-2. Registration of food traceability management and reports on changes under Article 49 (1) and (3) of the Act;

17. 법 제82조 및 제83조에 따른 과징금 부과ㆍ징수

18. 법 제90조제1항에 따른 포상금 지급
18. Payment of rewards under Article 90 (1) of the Act;
19. 법 제92조제5호(이 조 제4호, 제4호의2 및 제4호의3에 따라 위임된 권한에 따른 수수료만 해당한다)에 따른 수수료의 징수
19. Collection of fees under subparagraph 5 of Article 92 of the Act (only fees relating to the authority delegated under subparagraphs 4, 4-2, and 4-3 of this Article);
