국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제83조(용도지역ㆍ용도지구 및 용도구역안에서의 건축제한의 예외 등)

①용도지역ㆍ용도지구안에서의 도시ㆍ군계획시설에 대하여는 제71조 내지 제82조의 규정을 적용하지 아니한다. <개정 2012.4.10>

④용도지역ㆍ용도지구 또는 용도구역안에서의 건축물이 아닌 시설의 용도ㆍ종류 및 규모 등의 제한에 관하여는 별표 2부터 별표 25까지, 제72조, 제74조부터 제76조까지, 제79조, 제80조 및 제82조에 따른 건축물에 관한 사항을 적용한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 시설의 용도ㆍ종류 및 규모 등의 제한에 관하여는 적용하지 아니한다. <개정 2016.5.17, 2016.11.1, 2017.12.29, 2025.8.26>

⑤용도지역ㆍ용도지구 또는 용도구역안에서 허용되는 건축물 또는 시설을 설치하기 위하여 공사현장에 설치하는 자재야적장, 레미콘ㆍ아스콘생산시설 등 공사용 부대시설은 제4항 및 제55조ㆍ제56조의 규정에 불구하고 당해 공사에 필요한 최소한의 면적의 범위안에서 기간을 정하여 사용후에 그 시설 등을 설치한 자의 부담으로 원상복구할 것을 조건으로 설치를 허가할 수 있다. <신설 2004.1.20>
