자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제206조(「상법」과의 관계)

① 투자회사에 「상법」을 적용함에 있어서 「상법」 제259조제4항, 제298조제4항, 제299조, 제299조의2, 제300조, 제325조, 제422조, 제467조제1항부터 제3항까지, 제536조, 제539조 및 제541조 중 "법원"은 각각 "금융위원회"로, 제176조 중 "검사"는 각각 "금융위원회"로 본다. <개정 2008.2.29>
